Flower and the Desire

Searching for the most beautiful flower in the garden. To pluck it. To keep it for myself. To decorate my home. Searched here, searched there, searched everywhere. Tired and hopeless. While leaving, unexpectedly, my eyes got stuck on flower of utmost beauty. Gracefully moving left-right, scattering its tranquilizing fragrance, with the light breeze. I ran. I ran with the desires to pluck it, to keep it for myself, to decorate my home. The closer I got, the more my desires dwindled. The closest I got, only one desire left. To embrace it. To leave it blooming. To let it decorate earth, our home.

Don’t pluck what you love!
